  Payment Options Accepted by HomePal
[Applicable to Unlimited Rental Plans]
HomePal allows the following payment options to suit every customer needs. Please read and understand which payment method best suit you before proceed to registration. However, if you have other suggestion, feel free to email our billing at billing@homepal.com.sg.


Visa/Mastercard payments supported by WorldPay   Credit Card / Debit Card Payment (VISA, MASTERCARD)
1. Registration - Need a valid Credit Card. Only Debit Card from certain banks are acceptable. From experience, Debit Card from DBS & POSB Banks are accepted.
2. Payable Amount - The selected rental plan fee (1 month).
3. Customer's Action - Provide the Credit Card details at WorldPay Secured Website.
4. Rent DVDs - Immediately upon successful processing of Credit Card.
5. Monthly Renewal - Automatic. No action is required by member.
6. Upgrade/Downgrade Rental Plan - Anytime with immediate effect. 1 month fee of the NEW rental plan is payable online.
7. Membership Termination - Anytime. Please follow the proper cancellation procedures stated in Terms and Conditions.

Interbank GIRO Transaction   Interbank GIRO Payment
1. Registration - Download the GIRO Application form.
2. Payable Amount - The selected rental plan fee (1 month). (After the GIRO Account is approved by member's Bank)
3. Customer's Action - Fill up the application form and submit to bank for immediate processing.
4. Rent DVDs - After GIRO account is approved by member's bank. We will activate your membership and notify you for immediate access.
5. Monthly Renewal - Automatic. No action is required by member.
6. Upgrade/Downgrade Rental Plan - Anytime with immediate effect. Charge of 1 month fee (via GIRO) on the new rental plan.
7. Membership Termination - Anytime. Please follow the proper cancellation procedures stated in Terms and Conditions.

Cheque/Money Order   Cheque Payment (Personal/Bank Cheque, Money/Cashier Order)
1. Registration - Note the Cheque details and payable amount.
2. Payable Amount - The selected rental plan fee (1 month), and a Refundable Security Deposit (additional 1 month of the selected rental plan)
3. Customer's Action - Mail the Cheques/Money Orders to the postal address stated in the registration process.
4. Rent DVDs - After we have received the Cheques/Money Orders and monies are cleared by Bank. We will activate & notify you via email.
5. Monthly Renewal - Mail us the Cheques/Money Orders 1 week prior to the Expiry Date, for undisrupted movie experience.
6. Upgrade/Downgrade Rental Plan - Send us Cheque/Money Order of the amount of NEW rental plan, and the following:
If Upgrade plan - Send us Cheque/Money Order to top-up the amount for new Security Deposit displayed to you.
If Downgrade plan - We will refund the difference between the NEW rental plan and the existing Security Deposit.
7. Membership Termination - Anytime. Please follow the proper cancellation procedures stated in Terms and Conditions. Your Security Deposit will be returned to you.
