The following are the things you can do with Rental Queue:

- Remove movie titles from Rental Queue.

- View the movie details from the listing.

5. Can I have more than one Rental Queue? So that I can separate the children movies from the adult movies.
Yes. HomePal allows member the ability to create additional Rental Queue beside the default Rental Queue. However, the number of Rental Queue allowed, depending on the membership plan subscribed by member. In general, the Basic membership plan (2 discs) and above are able to create additional Rental Queue. The higher your plan, the more Rental Queue you are allowed to create. eg. If you have subscribed a HomePal Pro membership plan (4 discs plan), you are able to create up to 4 different Rental Queues.

6. How to create multiple Rental Queues?
By default, all new registered unlimited members will be given a default (Master) Rental Queue.

1. Simply logon to your member home page.
2. Select the "Manage Rental Queue/Delivery Instruction" link from the "My Account" menu.
3. There will be 2 separate sections:

3.1 Rental Queue - Display your current available Rental Queue(s).
3.1.1You can create additional Rental Queue by clicking the "click here" link (after the sentence - "To create additional Rental Queue").
Note: If you dont see the sentence "To create additional Rental Queue, click here", which means that you are not allowed to create additional Rental Queues.
3.1.2. A small window will be displayed. Enter the name for the new rental queue and click the "Submit" button. A new rental queue will be created in the main window. Close the small window by clicking the "Close this window" link.

3.2 Your Delivery Instruction - This section allows you to specify how HomePal should pick movies from the Rental Queue(s).
3.2.1. You can instruct HomePal to pick all movies from one queue or from multiple queues.

One Queue - Select the first radio button option, and click the drop down box to select which queue name. All movie will be picked from the selected queue.

Multiple Queues - Select the second radio button option, and enter how many movie to pick from each queue. eg. Master = 1, SecondQueue = 2, this means HomePal will pick 1 movie from your Master Queue, and 2 movies from your SecondQueue.

Note: The total number of movies to be picked from the multiple queues cannot be more than maximum disc out (based on the rental plan subscribed).
Click "Submit" button after you have specified your delivery instruction.

3.2.2You can remove the rental queue(s) from the listing by checking on the checkbox "Remove This Queue" and click on "Submit" button.

Note: All queues except Master Queue (Default) can be removed.

7. How does multiple Rental Queues work?

With Multiple Rental Queue, HomePal will dispatch the movies based on the "delivery instruction" given by member, which is, to pick the actual number of movie(s) from different rental queues.

Eg. Say a member has 2 Rental Queues = Rental Queue A, Rental Queue B, and the delivery instruction is 1 from each queue. HomePal will dispatch 1 movie from each queue to member. When the movie from queue B is returned to HomePal, the next available movie from rental queue B will be dispatched to member.

The multiple Rental Queues are useful especially when member wishes the movies to be dispatched to them, are of the specific genres or specific interest. Here are 2 examples:

1. Parents wish to receive movies with at least one children movie. Eg. Say the parents have subscribed to Basic rental plan (2 movies plan). Based on the rental plan, they are allowed to have 2 Rental Queues. What they need to do is to add their favorite movies to the Master queue, and children movies to the "SecondQueue", and specify the deliver instruction as 1 from each queue. HomePal will deliver 1 movie from each rental queue, and as such, children and parents are able to enjoy their movies.

2. Sibling or two friends can share the subscription fee and rent their favorite movies by creating the additional Rental Queue. Eg. Two friends wish to watch their own favorite movies. They can create 2 queues and each of them add their favorite movies to the their own queue. As such, they can get the share of the movies as well as cheaper rental.

8. How many movies can I add into my Rental Queue? Any maximum limit?
In general, there is no limit on how many movies you can add into your Rental Queue. As a rule of thumb, you should have at least 15 titles, minimum, in your Rental Queue. It is really depends on how often you will logon to your home page to maintain the listing. It is no harm to add 30, 40 movie titles to your Rental Queue if you think you will be too busy to logon again in the next few weeks or month.

9. Do you still charge me if my Rental Queue become empty?
This service is based on monthly subscription membership, where the charge made to you is not influenced by the Rental Queue. A reminder will be sent to you when your rental queue runs low and it is your interest to ensure you have sufficient titles in your Rental Queue to avoid unnecessary interruption in the rental experience.

10. Can you explain how does the Casual Rental works?
